Collection
Some works of art may be on loan to temporary exhibitions or may be in restoration. As such it is possible that your favourite work of art is not currently on display in the museum. Works of art in the sculpture garden are not always accessible or may be covered up during bad weather.

People with disabilities
All facilities in the Hoge Veluwe National Park and the museum are accessible to people with disabilities. People with disabilities may be accompanied by someone free of admission charge. Wheelchairs, walking frames and children's buggies are available for loan at the museum (for indoor use) as well as specially adapted chairs for outside.
Dogs
Dogs are allowed in the Hoge Veluwe National Park, but must be kept on a leash. Dogs are not allowed in the museum or in the sculpture garden. This restriction does not apply to assistance dogs.
Coaches
Coaches can only enter the Park through the entrances Otterlo and Hoenderloo.
