On Sunday 1 September (starting at 14.30 hrs) participants in the ‘Masterclass Apeldoorn’ will give a concert in the auditorium of the Kröller-Müller Museum. In the week of 26 August to 1 September, six internationally renowned top musicians will hold masterclasses in chamber music at Schouwburg en Congrescentrum Orpheus in Apeldoorn. These will be attended by around 40 talented young music students from many countries. Both the students and masters are giving concerts in various locations in the Netherlands.
The classes are given by the following masters: Philippe Graffin (violin), Ásdís Valdimarsdóttir (viola), Rafael Wallfisch (cello), Pascal Devoyon (piano) and Charles Neidich (clarinet).
The concert is organized by the Internationale Stichting Masterclass Apeldoorn and is free to attend for anyone with a valid ticket for De Hoge Veluwe National Park and the Kröller-Müller Museum.
The programme and performers will only be decided during the week of the masterclass. More information is available from the website www.masterclass-apeldoorn.nl.
